Sales & Marketing Contract Coordinator
Location: Downtown LA
Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Duration: temp-to-hire
Salary: $30/hr - $35/hr

Job Description: The Contract Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing the License Agreement process (contracting) for events. This role includes drafting, reviewing, updating, and administering contracts through collaboration with the sales team, licensees, and internal legal departments. Additionally, this position will handle invoicing & payments and ensure proper reporting and documentation. The position works closely with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth coordination of contracts from creation through finalization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage the full sales contracting process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, drafting agreements, administering redlines, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
? Maintain ongoing communication with clients, resolve contract discrepancies, process approvals, and ensure all required documentation-COIs, deposits, addendums-is accurate and complete.
? Handle event space booking, respond to internal and external inquiries, and distribute finalized documents and supporting materials.
? Generate and analyze complex reports tracking sales goals, event bookings, and conflicts; interpret data to provide actionable insights and support process improvements.
? Oversee invoicing, payment collection, and extensive data entry within CRM systems while maintaining records, preparing discounting documentation, and ensuring adherence to retention policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Proven experience drafting and managing legal contracts with attention to detail. Critical thinking skills are essential.
? Familiarity with event booking systems, CRM databases, or similar software.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills with sharp critical thinking skills.
? High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn required business systems.
? Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
? BA/BS Degree required
? Minimum of 2 years experience
